"How to get tall" is a question that untold numbers folks ask themselves every day. Folks across the world are unhappy about some aspect of their stature; too short, too tall, too fat, too thin, etc. Although this may be possible in the future, it can't be done now. But that doesn't mean that you are going to have to live the rest of your life being short. In this article, I will show you how to get tall.

Having done in depth research in this area, I have learned that there's just one technique that can truthfully show you how to get tall. This process involves certain exercises to stretch your backbone. Using the information provided below, you will start to learn how to get tall naturally.

It's a scientific fact that the backbone accounts for approximately one 3rd of our total height. Lots of the folks that are short have excessive curvature or severe compressions in their backbone. This problem is not life threatening, nor is it so severe as to require medical aid. But this common spinal condition affects almost 90% of people who want to be taller.

Correcting these spinal conditions is the sole effective strategy I have discovered that shows you exactly how to get tall. In fact, by straightening your backbone and looking after the decompression problem, you can add anywhere from two to six inches to your height rather quickly.

Leg Stretch. To do this exercise, sit down and make your spinal cord straight. Now, stretch your legs out straight and spread them apart as far as you comfortably can. Whilst keeping your backbone straight and your knees unbent, touch the lower part of your left knee with your right hand, and then relax. Then, touch the lower part of your right knee with your left hand. Continue this for ten repetitions with each hand.

Toe Touch. Stand up straight. Raise both hands straight above your head and stretch them up as high as you can. Hold that pose for 1 second and then bend at the waist and touch your toes. Do this ten times.
